If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). *
Important note:
- If you find any damage to the packaging, please state it on the delivery note of the delivery company.
- Our customer service department has an effective after-sales service to solve any problem or doubt with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient attention to our customers. You can either send us an email to incidencias@granvelada.com or call us at 976867474 with 0034 in front of you if you call from outside Spain.
- To proceed with the return of the product, you must inform by e-mail to the address postventa@granvelada.com. Once you contact us, we will inform you conveniently of the necessary data and the procedure to follow.
- If the return is the result of an error in the preparation of the order, the shipping costs are paid by Gran Velada S.L. when replacing your merchandise.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS ORDERED AT GREAT EVENING
If you have received your order and you are not satisfied with any of the items, you can request the return (although in case of defective product / s will be as specified in the last section of this text), according to the conditions that you can read below.
CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF RETURN.
gran velada s.l., by virtue of the provisions of the Law on the Regulation of Retail Trade as well as in what is regulated by Community regulations (Directive 97/7 / EC), will not accept returns on sales of goods made according to consumer specifications or personalized.
The return of any goods will require the agreement of both parties, unless the right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days of the date of delivery. Outside this 14-day period, Gran Velada S.L.. reserves the right to demand compensation to compensate for any damage to the goods, as well as to recover direct costs incurred by the return.
Gran Velada S.L: will only accept the return of the merchandise if:
1- Within the period set for this purpose by the Law (14 working days), the buyer exercises his right of withdrawal. Gran Velada S.L. will accept the exercise of the aforementioned right only and exclusively when the merchandise is unused, with its corresponding original packaging and in perfect condition.
2- If the merchandise is defective, according to the provisions of the Law of Defective Products, Gran Velada S.L. will proceed to immediately replace the product with an identical one.
3- Gran Velada S.L. will also proceed to refund the amount of the merchandise when for reasons not attributable (whether direct or indirect) to it, it is unable to serve it.
4- Gran Velada S.L. will accept the return of the merchandise when for reasons attributable to it, the requested product does not correspond to the one requested by the customer.
In case of controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or fulfillment of these Particular Conditions of Purchase, they will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the Province of Zaragoza.
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
Ask us for your return via email to incidencias@granvelada.com , within 14 working days from the date you received the order from the courier. Please let us know in this email the order number and the reason why you return the item.
Once we receive your return request, we will contact you to indicate the steps to follow in said return.
Then and always within 5 working days from your request, our courier company will pick up the item at the time you indicate. Transport costs will be paid by the customer. If you prefer you can send it with another logistics company, postage paid.
Then prepare the package to be collected inside its original packaging, and make sure that the labels have not been torn off and the item has not been used. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.
Once we have received the item in our offices and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the acceptance of the return.
From this date, we will have 30 working days to refund the amount of the purchase, except for transport costs, both shipping and return, which will only be returned if Gran Velada S.L. is responsible for the cause of return of the product; However, in case of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the product, the cost of the product and the cost of delivery transport to the customer will Gran Velada S.L. assumed. The refund will be made through the means of payment used in the purchase.
If you do not comply with any of these conditions, we will contact you to offer you the option to return the items that have not been accepted. All expenses generated by this return, including the transport of these items, will be borne by the customer (unless returned within 14 days from receipt of the product, which will be as specified in the preceding paragraph). DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
In accordance with articles 120 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, in the event that the delivery of defective product / s has been made, Gran Velada S.L. will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, Procedures that will be free for the consumer.
