How to make lanterns with silicone molds

- 1. Melt the GV-20 wax over low heat in a saucepan.
2. Pour it into a disposable container to work better and add a few drops of dye. Do not saturate it with color, otherwise it will be too opaque and the candlelight you place inside will not be projected through its walls.
3. Pour the wax into the mold when it is between 80 and 90ºC. It is important that it is very hot so that the walls of the lantern are well smooth.
4. Let it dry completely and unmold. You just have to press well into the hole in the base and remove the lantern easily. - 5. Now you have to fill in the base of the lantern! To do this, place the lantern on a cold surface (a tile, for example), spread a few drops of release agent well and pour very hot paraffin into the bottom. Let dry well and ready.
