Dimethicone Copolyol or Abil Grass:
Dimethicone copoliol, also known as abil grass, is a silicone that is used as a perfume fixative so that the smell of aromatic essences lasts for much longer on the skin. Dimeticone is considered a good stabilizer of O/W emulsions improving its extensibility and being used as a softening agent in all cosmetic products where it is used. It is very stable in almost any combination.
Dosage of Use:
It is used at 0.5% so to make a kilo of perfume you should add 5 grams of dimethicone.
